Silvia Marchetti

Dr. Silvia Marchetti graduated in Law with honours at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome in October 2019, with a thesis in Administrative Law.

She attended the Scuola per le politiche pubbliche (School for Public Policies) at the association “Italia Decide” aimed at ensuring a highly qualified training for the analysis of public policies in the Italian context and the examination of the relations between the institutional system and the national economy in the framework of the European Union.

During her studies, she won the selection call “Clinica Legale” which allowed her to conduct in-depth studies at a boutique law firm specialized in corporate criminal law.

She carried out a period of legal training in advance, mainly dealing with crimes against the public economy and then further specializing, in December 2019, at the international law firm Lana – Lagostena Bassi – Rosi where she mostly deals with consulting activities and judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the areas of civil law, family and matrimonial law, real estate, debt collection.
